YIOSI Returns & Exchanges Policy

We hope you are delighted with your YIOSI purchase. However, if you are not satisfied for any reason, please contact us through our website yiosilamp.com or reply to our shipping update emails, and we will make it right.

Reasons for Return

  1. Product Quality Issues or Transportation Damage: If your product has quality issues or was damaged during transportation, we will provide free return and exchange services.
  2. Customer Dislikes the Product: If you simply do not like our lights, you will need to pay the shipping cost for the return and exchange.

Refund & Return Policy

We have a 30-day return and exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact Customer Service: To start a return, you can contact us at support@yiosilamp.com. We have offices across the globe, including in the United States, China and Hong Kong, to better serve our international clientele. Our dedicated support team is ready to assist you with the return process and provide you with the appropriate return address based on your location.
  2. Return Instructions and Address: If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping address and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable if we have fulfilled our delivery obligations, but refunds are available if the package is not shipped.

Return Process

  1. Review Return Policy: Read our return policy to determine whether your order qualifies for a refund/return.

  2. Submit Inquiry: Submit an inquiry including your reason for return at support@yiosilamp.com.

  3. Confirmation: We will confirm the refund amount you qualify for depending on your reason for return and items in your order.

  4. Return Address and Instructions: We will provide you with the return address and shipment labeling instructions. If you do not follow our instructions, we cannot process your refund.

  5. Ship the Item: Ship the item at your own cost. We do not cover the cost of return shipping or provide pre-paid labels. Please include your order confirmation email in the returning package.

  6. Notify Us: Notify us via email that you have sent your return and provide us with your tracking number if applicable.

  7. Processing: We will process your return within 3-5 business days of receiving your returned items. The return address may vary depending on whether the package was shipped from our factory or warehouse.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Products that do not meet the 30-day return and exchange policy.

  • Purchases over $5,000 (including $5,000).

  • Customized products made according to customer's wishes.

  • Misunderstanding of product listing despite clear indication of non-discounted items.

For items not eligible for return refunds, you will be responsible for your own return shipping costs. Shipping charges are non-refundable. We will deduct up to 70% of the cost + service fee of your refund amount. We do not accept any unregistered packages; any unregistered packages will be rejected.

Order Cancellation

Cancelling orders is only possible within 4 hours after order confirmation. After this time, we cannot provide a refund. (Sometimes, if the order hasn't been shipped, we may be able to cancel your order, so please contact us if you haven't received the shipment confirmation.)

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refund Processing

If you are approved for a refund, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days. The time it takes for the refund to arrive usually depends on your bank's processing speed, which typically takes 7-14 business days. For more accurate information, please contact your bank or credit card issuer.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. If you still have not received your refund, please contact us through our contact page.
