In-stock pieces are picked the same day and tracking is emailed within 24 hours. If something is out of stock, we call you first with the real date.
Made-to-order pieces take 4–6 weeks. Our team photographs your fixture as it is built, so you see the finish and assembly before it is crated.
Every fixture is crated to its own shape, then containerised. Large orders go by sea; tight dates fly. Your ETA updates as soon as the booking is confirmed.
Everything clears into our U.S. warehouse first. Parcels ship FedEx or UPS; crates move on ABF, Daylight or CEVA — and the truck brings it to your door.

Twelve years ago we had one small workshop and one cutting wheel. The people making these fixtures today are the same people who built that workshop.
Crystal can be bought in. Glass can be bought in. Aligning thirty crystals one by one cannot. So every fixture is still assembled, lit and boxed under our own roof.

It depends on stock. In-stock fixtures usually ship in 3 – 5 days — we work with three partner fulfilment centres, so delivery is fast in most regions. If an item is out of stock, or made to order, allow 4 – 6 weeks.
Yes. We recommend having a qualified electrician carry out the installation. It protects the fixture, keeps the wiring to code, and keeps your warranty intact.

Yes — provided you have a dimmable switch. Around 90% of the fixtures on this site dim without any extra parts. Table lamps are the exception, and a small number of pieces with integrated LED drivers have their own requirements. If you are unsure about a specific fixture, ask us before you order.
In most cases, yes. Get in touch with your order number and we will send you a sloped-ceiling adaptor ring free of charge so the fixture hangs level.
