Yiosilamp Worry-Free Return Policy
We are committed to ensuring that you feel confident shopping with Yiosilamp. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, please review the following policy to understand how to proceed with a return.
1. Return Eligibility & Timeframe
Return Window:
You may request a return and refund within 30 calendar days after receiving your order. Requests beyond this time frame will not be accepted.
Product Condition Requirements:
All returned items must be in their original, unused, and uninstalled condition, with all original factory packaging, accessories, and manuals (including the outer carton box) intact.
Customized products (including special orders or modified items) are not eligible for return or exchange.
Exceptions:

Shipping Damage / Manufacturer Defect:
If your item is damaged during shipping or has a manufacturing defect, please contact customer support at support@yiosilamp.com within 48 hours of receipt and provide clear photo or video evidence for verification.
(Note: Carriers typically only accept damage claims within one week.) -
Warranty Period Damage:
For damage occurring during normal use within the warranty period, please refer to our warranty terms and contact support. We will arrange a repair or replacement, not a return or refund.
2. Reasons for Return & Who Pays for Shipping
Product-related Issues (Shipping Damage / Defects):
After verification, we will cover the shipping costs and provide a free return and full refund (or replacement/reshipment if applicable).
Non-product Issues (Change of Mind, Wrong Size, etc.):
You are responsible for covering the return shipping cost to the designated return address.
Your refund will be the original product price minus the original shipping cost incurred by us (if applicable).
Expedited shipping is non-refundable when shipping has already been completed If your order has not yet been fulfilled for shipping, a refund for expedited shipping is available upon cancellation of the order.
3. How to Start a Return
Contact Customer Service:
Please email support@yiosilamp.com with your order number and reason for return.
To expedite the process, we strongly recommend including clear photos of the item and original packaging.
Get Return Authorization & Address:
Once we review and approve your request, we’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization number along with the designated return warehouse address.
Important: You must return the item to the specified address we provide. Returns sent to any other address cannot be processed.
Repack and Ship the Item:

Place all items and accessories carefully back in the original factory packaging.

Recommend carefully inspecting your item and taking clear photos before shipping it out.
This helps ensure that the item was in good condition when sent and protects you in case of any damage during transit. Without this, the shipping carrier may assume the product was already damaged before shipping, which could result in unnecessary responsibility on your part.
4. Refund Process
Inspection & Timing:
Once we receive the return, it will take 5–10 business days for inspection and condition assessment.
Refund Conditions:
If the returned product meets the requirements (unused, undamaged, full packaging), we will proceed with the refund.
Refund Method & Timeline:
Refunds will be returned to your original payment method. You’ll receive an email once the refund is processed.
Please note: Your bank or payment provider may require an additional 1–30 business days to post the refund.
Refund Denial Situations:

Item is used, damaged, missing parts, or packaging incomplete.

Item not received at our designated return center.

Return item was damaged in transit and no insurance was purchased (sender is responsible).
5.Cancel your order and get a refund
Contact us to cancel your order within 24 hours of completing your purchase and get a refund, if you cancel your order after 24 hours you may incur an order cancellation fee expected to be 5%-20% of the order amount as a cancellation fee
Orders cannot be canceled:
1. Customized orders
2. Orders in transit
3. Orders have been completed
6.Customized Products:
All customized items (special sizes, custom orders, marked “Custom Invoice” or “Final Sale”) are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-cancellable once sold.
Order Cancellation (Non-Customized Items):

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours after purchase for free (please reply to the order confirmation email).

Cancellations after 24 hours but before shipping will incur a 5% processing fee.

Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
7.The following are not eligible for return for refund
1. Customized products
2. Products damaged due to personal reasons
3. The customer fills in the wrong return address, resulting in the package not being sent back to our warehouse.
8.Insurance and Tracking:
To protect your return, we strongly recommend that you purchase insurance and keep complete tracking records.
