01Who qualifies, and how do I open an account?
The program is open to interior designers, decorators, architects, real-estate agents, developers and allied professionals. Apply with your business or designer name. Once the account is approved we send your discount code and the name of your account rep.
02How does trade pricing work?
Approved trade accounts receive a flat 15% discount on every order. Send your shopping list to your rep and the pricing is applied before you order.
03Can I get spec files and samples before I specify?
Yes. CAD, IES, Revit and photometric files are available for every fixture — email support@yiosilamp.com with the fixture names. Samples and finish swatches are free on a trade account and ship to your studio.
04Can fixtures be customized?
Most pieces can be resized, refinished and rewired — diameter, drop, finish and voltage. Tell us the ceiling and the control package, and we quote the change and its lead time with your list.
05What are lead times and freight?
In-stock fixtures leave our U.S. warehouse in 3–5 business days. Custom pieces run 4–6 weeks. Shipping is free, and larger specifications are crated and delivered white-glove.
06What are the return and warranty terms on a trade order?
Trade accounts get 60 days to return or exchange stock fixtures. Every fixture carries a two-year warranty. Custom and made-to-order pieces are final sale — quality and transport damage are always covered.
07A fixture arrives damaged on site — what happens?
Email support@yiosilamp.com with the order number and photos within seven days of delivery. We arrange the replacement or re-shipment and confirm the new date with you.
