IN-STOCK LEAD TIME
3–5 business days
In-stock pieces leave our warehouse within 3–5 business days of your order.
MADE-TO-ORDER LEAD TIME
10 days – 6 weeks
Small pieces ship in about 10 days and large fixtures in 4–6 weeks. Pieces our manufacturer holds in stock arrive in about 30 days.
DIMMING
Yes — about 90% of them
Most fixtures work with a standard dimmer. Built-in LED models are the exception — confirm with our support team before ordering.
RETURNS
30 days, stock items
Refund within 30 days of delivery, unused and in original packaging. Custom and made-to-order pieces are final sale.
SLOPED CEILINGS
Yes, with an attachment
Contact our sales team with your order number and we will send an extra sloped-ceiling attachment for the install.
