Shipping & Delivery

It depends on your piece. In-stock items from our U.S. warehouse arrive in 3-5 days. Made-to-order or oversized pieces take 4-6 weeks. Not sure? Call us at +1 970-896-9411 and we’ll tell you exactly what to expect.

Worldwide. Free shipping to the U.S., Canada, Europe, Australia, the Middle East, and beyond.

If we haven’t shipped yet, usually yes — email support@yiosilamp.com as soon as possible. Once in transit, address changes may involve a carrier fee.

Contact us right away at support@yiosilamp.com. For damage, report within 7 days of receipt with photos. We’ll arrange a replacement, refund, or re-shipment.

Returns & Exchanges

30-day returns from the date of delivery. Items must be in original condition with all original packaging. Full details on our Returns & Exchanges page.

Email support@yiosilamp.com with your order number and reason. We’ll confirm your return, send you the return address, and guide you through shipping.

If the item arrived damaged or defective, we cover it. If it’s simply not to your taste, return shipping is on you.

Within 3-5 business days of receiving your returned items. Refunds go back to your original payment method.

Customization

Yes — cable length, dimensions, finishes, and colors can be adjusted on most pieces. Email support@yiosilamp.com with your ideas and our designer will respond within 1-2 business days with a quote.

No. Any size, any scope — we’ll work with you.

Typically 4-6 weeks from design approval to delivery.

Custom and made-to-order pieces are not eligible for return, since they’re built specifically for you. Quality or transport damage is always covered.

Product & Installation

It depends on the fixture. Integrated-LED pieces come ready to plug in — no bulb needed. Fixtures that take standard bulbs list the required type (E12, E26, G9, etc.) under Product Specification.

In most cases, yes. The compatible dimmer type — TRIAC, 0-10V, or ELV — is noted under Product Specification for each fixture.

Most of our pendants and chandeliers work on sloped ceilings. Check Product Specification → Sloped Ceiling Compatible for your piece. For steep angles, contact us before ordering.

No. We ship the product with detailed instructions — we recommend hiring a licensed electrician for hardwired fixtures.

Warranty

Every Yiosi fixture comes with a 2-year warranty. Broken parts are replaced free of charge within that period.

Email support@yiosilamp.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll confirm coverage and arrange a replacement.
