Material & Craft
Each fixture is built around slabs of genuine alabaster, a translucent natural stone prized for the way it diffuses light. Skilled artisans cut, carve, and polish every piece by hand before setting faceted Contemporary along the Brass frame. Because the stone's veining forms over millennia, your pendant carries a pattern that exists nowhere else.
Care & Maintenance
Dust the alabaster with a soft, dry cloth and keep water, sprays, and household chemicals away from the porous stone. Wipe the Contemporary accents with a lightly damp cloth, then buff dry to bring back their shine. Clean the Brass frame with a dry microfiber cloth, avoiding abrasive cleaners.

30-day returns from the date of delivery. Items must be in original condition with all original packaging. Custom and made-to-order pieces are not eligible for return except for quality or transport damage.
Every Yiosi fixture comes with a 2-year warranty. Broken parts are replaced free of charge within that period — just email support@yiosilamp.com with your order number and photos.
