In-stock pieces are dispatched within 2–3 business days, fully insured in a reinforced carton. A few of our designs are in high demand and can sell out — if your piece is temporarily out of stock, it ships as soon as it's restocked, and we'll keep you updated on the timeline.

Items in our Ready to Ship collection are shipped from our U.S. warehouse and typically ship within 48 hours.
02How is it installed?
Installation is handled through our white-glove service — crated, delivered, hung and levelled by trained specialists. A sloped-ceiling canopy is included for angled ceilings.
03Can it be customised?
Yes. Dimensions, finish and glass count can be adapted to your space. Share your ceiling height and we will propose a configuration.
04How should it be cared for?
Dust glass and brass with a soft dry cloth. Avoid solvents and abrasives on the electroplated finish. We provide full care guidance with every piece.
